Q1: My language is English. How can I make a reservation?

Q2: How can I confirm whether my reservation was successful?
A: After making your reservation, you can log in again to check your booking details or check your email for the confirmation.
Q3: Is it possible to make a same-day reservation?
A: Yes! Please check the store you wish to visit and make a reservation online. We will do our best to accommodate you if there are available slots. We recommend calling in advance to check first.
Q4: How can I modify my reservation’s date or time?
A: You can log back into the booking system to cancel your reservation and make a new one.
Q5: What if I’m running a little late but have a preferred stylist?
A: You can leave a note in your booking details.
Q6: After booking, can I pay by card in the store?
A: Dear customer, there’s a 3% bank processing fee for card payments. Transfers are also available.
Q7: Do birthday promotions require a reservation?
A: Birthdays can come directly, but we recommend booking in advance to avoid waiting.
Q8: Do I need to pay a deposit to make a booking?
A: All ROSA salons do not require a deposit, making your booking convenient and stress-free.
Q9: Are there recommended booking times?
A: If you want to enjoy our early bird discount, we suggest booking before 1:00 pm — you’ll get a NT$100 discount! Check our website for more promotions.
Q10: Is there a maximum number of people for booking?
A: There’s no maximum number, but we appreciate you booking in advance if you’re a large group, so we can prepare our team.
Q11: Can I select a specific ROSA stylist?
A: (For tourists, we cannot guarantee choosing a specific stylist; we appreciate your understanding.
Q12: Can I book for a friend or family member?
A: Of course! Just provide their name, phone number, and preferred service. If there are health issues or special accommodations needed, please let us know in advance.
Q13: Is there a waiting list if a booking is canceled?
A: If there’s a cancellation, we will prioritize notifying our waiting list. Please keep your phone handy.
Q14: Can I book additional services aside from the package?
A: Currently we do not provide separate services, but if there’s something you wish to omit from a package, we can customize it to suit your preferences.

Q16: How long after booking can I receive a confirmation?
A: The online booking is processed by the system. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Q17: Will being late affect my service time?
A: To avoid affecting other clients’ schedules, please let us know in advance if you will be delayed. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Q18: Is it possible to book multiple services in a day?
A: Yes! We suggest you let us know in advance, so we can arrange everything for your relaxation. ROSA is here to make you feel completely comfortable.
Q19: If I show your event QR code when booking, will I receive a discount?
A: Please let us know at the time of booking. Because payments are made after service, simply show your phone to redeem the discount.
